Day #2002 (Sun., June 28, 2015) – Wacky Stackers
Little Bobby finally woke up at 6am this morning. My wife and I were saying how much we missed him after this long night of sleeping…
I was thinking of having a Daddy/Daughter day today but Katie wanted to stay close to home. As a result I ran some errands to get supplies from Trader Joe’s and a “Tip It” game from “Five Below”.
Well, “Five Below” didn’t have the “Tip It” game but they had something similar… “Wacky Stackers” (see photo to the right), a game in which you stack people up on top of each other and try not to have them fall down. Katie and I played it this evening and she loved it. I figured that she needed an “action” type game and wanted to reward her for being such a great big sister to little Bobby.
My wife took both kids out into the pool on the screened-in porch area this afternoon. My wife fashioned a float for little Bobby. We ordered pizza from Papa Johns for Sunday dinner tonight.
At 5pm we got a call from Susan. She was taking Helen to the pool and wanted to know if Katie wanted to come. She was so excited. They dropped Katie off at our house about an hour later.
