As I was getting ready for work this morning little Bobby found the ID badge on my shirt. It is attached via an elastic string and he enjoyed not only munching on the edge of the badge but seeing how the elastic part worked. Just before I left Robin got off the couch and came over to him for a pat. He doesn’t seem as fixated on the cats now that they are not avoiding him as much…well Robin at any rate.
Today is “backwards” dress day at Katie’s school. The kids are putting their clothes on backwards (see photo to the left). On the way to Glenwood Katie and I got into a discussion about how far should this backwards business go? What if they had “leaving school”, lunch, recess, and then “arriving at school” in this sequence? As Katie got out of the car she put her backpack on her front and mentioned that it was “backwards” dress day to justify it.
Katie is going to dress up as a zoo keeper/veterinarian for school tomorrow. We spent a lot of time this evening looking for various tools and instruments to put inside the new vest that my wife bought.
