Day #2457 (Sun., Sept. 25, 2016) – TJ’s Haunted House
We’re running low on supplies so I went to Trader Joe’s this morning. Their haunted house kits are back so I picked up a couple of them. My wife texted me while I was at Trader Joe’s asking me when I was getting home as she was tired. When I got home she had already gone to bed.
As soon as I arrived home Katie said that she had a surprise for me. She finished off a decoration and put it on the window. Her artistic creations are getting more elaborate as she gets older.
Katie wanted to do the Trader Joe’s haunted house kit this afternoon so I assembled it via the icing and she put decorations on it (see photo to the left). Of course she had to eat her fair share of the candies.
This afternoon my wife and Katie and Bobby put the Halloween decorations up in the yard. I was tired so I went to bed for a nap.
My wife moved the piano into Katie’s room so that she can practice it. It’s very hard to practice the piano with Bobby around as she wants to join in.
This evening Bobby found a plastic baseball bat and a plastic golf club. He was in his glory as he walked around the living room banging on whatever was in his way. Boys will be boys!
