Day #2672 (Fri., Apr. 28, 2017) – Future YOU Day
At Glenwood this morning they were celebrating the birthdays of the kids that were born in February, March, and April. My wife helped out with Ms. Hsu class (in Ms. Beck’s classroom) and Eleri’s parents helped out in Ms. Beck’s class (in Ms. Hsu classroom).
It was also “Future YOU Day at Glenwood. The kids got a chance to think about what they wanted to be when they grow up and dress up as their “Future Self”. Katie said she wanted to be a police woman (see photo to the right). Will Bobby want to be a fireman?
My wife asked Katie about Mr. Rathbun today. She said that she sees him roaming around at recess time. No specific details on the situation with Eleri however.
Genevieve informed us that Steven would like the kids to call him Mr. Embree from now on. Katie was playing ball with Ginger and Genevieve mentioned to be careful where to throw it so Ginger will not go onto the road.
I decided to take a break from the gym today. It closes at 9pm on Friday nights so by the time you put Katie and Bobby to bed it tends to be a rush to get it done anyway.
