Day #470 (Mon., Apr. 18, 2011) – Easter Vase, Flower, And Teddy
Off to work today. Why do the weekends go so fast? Oh well, I need to put “cook” on the table for Katie.
We got a harness for Katie in the mail today. We expect to get the attaching “dog” leash in a day or two. I’m sure that many will not approve of putting Katie on a leash, but I would rather be safe than sorry. She is so fast and quick that when I take her out for a walk she would be on the road before you know it.
One benefit of the leash is that it is real easy to attach. Katie doesn’t like to sit still for very long so this makes the whole process so much easier.
My wife went to take the trash out this evening and found a surprise on the doorstep. A vase with flowers and an attached teddy bear (see photo to the left). It was an Easter present from my mother and sister!
