Day #2983 (Wed., Mar. 7, 2018) – Who Is Chucky?
The photo to the right shows the bags of wood chips that we will be hiding the dinosaur eggs in this weekend.
On the drive to Glenwood this morning Katie was asking who Chucky was. Apparently, she heard of references to Chucky on some of the videos she is watching. I told her that it was a horror movie, totally made up, about a doll that kills people but refused to go into details as it was for adults.
Katie’s piano teacher continues to be amazed at her ability and the speed with which she is picking songs up. It looks like she has incredible finger memory. We’re so incredibly proud of Katie and are glad that she is picking up a skill like the piano that she will be able to take with her all the years of her life. How many people use those soccer skills they acquire at her age when they are 50 or 60 years old?
I played the YouTube video of “The Fast Food Song” this evening so that Katie and Bobby could dance about and burn some of their energy off.
