Day #1638 (Sun., June 29, 2014) – Elise’s Birthday Party
Gabby came over to play this morning. I went to WholeFoods and when I got back I gave them some of the strawberry gummy rabbits you can see in the photo to the left.
My wife took Katie to Elise’s birthday party this afternoon. It was held at the same gym camp where we went for Katie’s performance on Friday. I guess Katie had a great time. Perhaps because she was surrounded by her friends and those people she knew. It didn’t last long, about 1 1/2 hours. Costs $200 for up to 20 kids and you have to bring your own snacks. My wife and I talked about perhaps having one of Katie’s parties there at one point.
This evening I showed Katie the “Super Chicken” cartoon I used to watch as a kid. She seemed surprised that there actually was one.
