Day #1645 (Sun., July 6, 2014) – Lizard Poster
Our neighbors, Jui Lan and Mike, are back from their vacation to the Grand Canyon area. They brought Katie an adorable lizard poster (see photo to the right).
Since Katie had such a tiresome day yesterday we decided to stay close to home today. Katie needs to rest up as tomorrow will be her first day at the Spence’s Farm day camp.
My wife needed to go to Trader Joe’s to get some snacks for Katie’s lunches so I tended to Katie. We did a lot of arts and crafts.
This evening Katie and I cuddled up on the LazyBoy with a blanket and watched a television show about Dallas Policewomen. I explained to her what the policewomen were doing and why the various people were being carted off to jail.
