Day #2068 (Wed., Sept. 2, 2015) – Nikki Is Back
On the drive to school today Katie expressed her desire to get some sheep. Why I asked? So that she could get a sheep dog. I told her that I don’t think the people on our street would like having sheep around. She said not to worry…we’ll get a fence.
Katie drank her whole smoothie in the car this morning. This is good as it means she left it in the car as opposed to taking it to class with her and putting it in her knapsack to take home. Why you ask? Because she doesn’t want it to get lonely… Go figure…
Nikki is back from Oklahoma. In fact, she picked her up from kindergarten today. Katie was so excited. She really missed Nikki and it’s nice to have her back.
The photo to the left shows the two teething choices that little Bobby has taken to with gusto. You can see his eyes light up as soon as your bring them near him. He likes the bright color and firm plastic of the watermelon. The long pegs on the blue one means that he can fit them directly and deep into his mouth to get those areas that hurt him the most. The problem is…he can’t hold them both in his hands…one will drop to the ground. Decisions, decisions…
