Day #2504 (Fri., Nov. 11, 2016) – Spiderman 1967
I have an ingrown toenail so I went to the podiatrist this morning. She trimmed the side of the nail and gave me a pink bandage for my toe as she said Katie would love it.
When I got home the kids were playing outside. They were having so much fun that Bobby didn’t rush to the car and demand a drive.
My wife was not feeling well so as soon as Bobby went to bed I took care of Katie. She wanted to play “Frozen Monopoly” but since the board was not inside the box she improvised a game with a sheet of cardboard. It involved singing and dancing when you fell on the appropriate space.
When she got tired of playing this improvised game she wanted to watch the “Chica Show”. I got her a bowl of vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips.
This evening Bobby watched his first episode of “Spiderman 1967″…the one with the Goliath Diamond and the Sandman (see photo to the right). He kept trying to get his hands on the pink bandage on my toe.
