Bobby came home early from Esca’s place today! Apparently the boys were doing a lot of talking last night, especially one boy, so he didn’t get much sleep. His mother went to pick him up and he went right to bed and slept for a long time at home this morning.
Today is Father’s Day. Daddy received a nice wooden cutting board in the shape of Canada (see photo to the right), and a couple of nice cards from the kids.
This evening Katie and I went to see the 6:25 pm showing of the movie “Disclosure Day” (see photo to the left) for Daddy/Daughter Day #171. This showing was sold out, but there were a couple of single seats here and there. Katie got a snack pack, which is a small popcorn (with butter), a coke, and a small candy. I told her to let me know if she wanted me to go get some more to eat during the movie.
We both loved the show. It basically deals with the “Disclosure” of the fact that aliens have made contact with humans, and are in fact, here on the planet earth. Steven Spielberg actually believes this in real life.
Kristina arrived this evening. She plans to go hiking tomorrow and then back to Victoria for work.
