Day #2092 (Sat., Sept. 26, 2015) – Pumpkin Cheerios
My wife left for a consignment sale with Genevieve and Stephen this morning. She got clothes for Katie and a number of “sight games” for her as well (like the pony racing game in the photo to the left). Dalia has seen to it that we have enough clothes for little Bobby for a while. I guess while they were there someone stole Stephen and Genevieve’s red wagon…but they got it back.
While my wife was shopping I fed little Bobby. He ate a whole jar of “Prunes & Oatmeal” and part of a jar of pears. It’s much easier to feed him in the high chair I find. It’s at eye level and you can give him things on the tray to play with so he will not grab your spoon as it approaches his mouth. If he grabs it look out…he’s got quite the grip.
At Trader Joe’s today I picked up some “Chocolate/Almond Spread”. I put some on a slice of bread and Katie said that she could eat a “Gazillion Of Those”… I also picked up some “Pumpkin Cheerios” as the cashier was raving about them. Katie loved those as well.
I took a nap this afternoon then it was my wife’s turn. I had a hard time getting little Bobby to sleep. As he got more tired I took him to his bedroom and put him in the pink bouncy seat as Katie’s high pitched voice tends to wake him.
It has been raining cats & dogs since Thursday night. It will be nice to see the sun again sometime soon.
