The photo to the left shows the bakery stand at the dead end road that goes to the Huband playground. Bobby said that one of his friends bought some bakery goods there and got almost nothing for $20. I’m not sure if they ordered online or just picked them up at the stand. I told Bobby that if they were speciality items like “gluten free”, that might explain the high price.
It was a rough night at the homestead with three boys in the house! Bobby, Zephyr, and Esca were up till 11:30 pm talking and they took multiple bathroom runs till about 1 am Sunday morning. They even changed beds multiple times for some reason…
Then they were up at 7 am, so no 8 hours of sleep this night!
They were for a bike ride around 8 am. Bobby’s regular bike (the one he had before the new mountain bike he got a few days ago) has a flat tire, so Esca had to ride the eBike. I need to get that tire fixed for their next sleepover so the boys have more options. Bobby said that he tried to inflate it, but I think the inner tube is just “cooked”.
At 9:10 am Esca’s dad took him to a sports class and then brought him back to our house by 10:30 am. At 11 am Zephyr left to go to a birthday party and fell asleep almost immediately… 🙂 At 1 pm my wife took Esca over to Isaac’s house and put Bobby to bed for a nap.
Bryston’s dad found the key to Bobby’s eBike in the back of his truck, so one less thing to worry about.
Bobby and Katie went for a bike ride in the trail behind our house this afternoon. When they got back Katie and I went for a drive. We ended up at Tim Horton’s where she picked up a medium hot chocolate for $2.29.
