Katie picked out a bedroom door knob with a lock that she liked. I asked her to get two of them, one for Bobby. I ordered them from Amazon this afternoon and they will be here in a couple of days.
I was thinking of taking Bobby to see the “Toy Story” movie at Landmark this afternoon but with his sore leg we decided to let him rest for today. I took down my old knee brace for him. He might need to pad it but it might help.
McDonalds made too many muffins today, so they asked me if I wanted some. I told them that I don’t eat them, but would take home home with the kids. You can see the nice package of muffins that they prepared for me in the photo to the right. I put them in the fridge so that Maple would not taste them. Bobby will be able to have a nice McDonalds muffin when he wakes up tomorrow morning.
Katie had to redo an assignment today as the teacher said that there was too much AI in it.
Our hens are about 1 year old!
Vancouver hospital had a picket line today and we have potential “insider info” that Campbell River might be next! If my wife is called up to serve in Campbell River she will be working Monday to Friday, 7 am to 7 pm shifts, which makes for a very long day. Oh, and then there is driving back and forth from the Comox Valley to Campbell River and back on top of that!
